Booking
Rates and discounts
Rates are intended for a minimum stay of 5 nights. For stays shorter than 5 nights, higher rates apply. An extra € 15.00 euros are applied per added guest.
Rates include bed linen, towels and large shower towel, power and heating, completely equipped kitchen and final cleaning.
Tourism tax: all guests older than 14 are charged a tourism tax amounting to 1,55€ per person per night.
Discount for children: children aged up to 2 years stay for free. On request, we can supply at no extra charge all of the equipment needed for small children.
Information about booking
Your booking shall be confirmed once we have received the down payment that will be withheld in the event that the reservation is cancelled.

To forestall any problems in the event you are unable to start your holiday, we suggest you buy travel cancellation insurance.
If you cancel your reservation within 2 months prior to the starting date of your trip, no costs shall be charged (except for the withholding of the down payment for service costs). After this period, we will charge you 50% of the stay. In the event of late arrival, early departure or non-arrival, you shall be charged the entire cost of the stay.
